The garden is in semi-arid country in the Flinders Ranges outside the town of Quorn, overlooking the Richman Valley.
I began planting here in 2005, and it has taken all this time for a few little bits to look good. For most of the year it is too hot, too cold, too dry or too windy for things to grow quickly or at all!

I live in similar country in the US. Glad to see what you can do. We have just gotten some much needed rain, too. Thankfully that lowers our risk of wildfires.
